Refund & Cancellation Policy

• ClikCollab is free during launch for creators and brands. We don't charge anything and don't ask for a card, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.
• Before any paid plan starts, we'll update this policy and tell account holders by email at least 30 days in advance.
• You won't be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

Joining is free and needs no card. Founding creators get 6 months of the Creator plan free once paid plans start. Nothing is charged during the free months, so there is nothing to refund. We email you 30 days before your free months end, and the Creator plan only continues if you choose it. Free months have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money or credit.

The details aren't final yet. We'll publish them here, with prices in Indian rupees and the taxes that apply, before anyone is charged. What we intend:

• You'll be able to cancel a plan at any time from your dashboard, and cancelling will stop the next renewal.
• The full price, the renewal period and the cancellation and refund rules will be shown to you before you pay.
• If we charge you by mistake, we refund it.
• Approved refunds will go back to the original payment method.

Booking payments and paid ads aren't available. If we add them, their refund rules will be published here first.

You can delete your account at any time in Dashboard → Settings → Delete account. During the free launch there is no charge, so deleting your account never involves a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Where the law gives you more, the law wins.
