Who we are
ClikCollab (clikcollab.com) is run by
[Business name], [Address in India] (“we”). ClikCollab is an online marketplace where brands in India find creators, models and influencers. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms and to our
Privacy Policy.
Who can use ClikCollab
You must be 18 or older. ClikCollab is not for children, and we don't accept accounts for anyone under 18. Businesses must be legally able to enter contracts in India, and the person signing up must be allowed to act for the business.
Free during launch
ClikCollab is free for creators and brands during launch. We don't charge anything and don't ask for a card. Before any paid plan starts, we will publish the prices in Indian rupees, the taxes that apply and the payment terms, and tell account holders by email at least 30 days in advance. Nothing will be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
Creators keep 100%
ClikCollab never deducts a commission or fee from a creator's agreed rate.
Deals between brands and creators
Brands and creators agree the brief, the rate and the deliverables between themselves. ClikCollab is a platform that connects them; we are not a party to their agreement and don't employ creators. Booking payments through ClikCollab aren't available yet. If we add them, we'll publish how they work, including any service fee paid by brands, before they start, and the full amount will always be shown before you pay.
Founding 1000
Joining is free and needs no card. The first 1,000 creators whose media kit goes public become Founding creators automatically and receive a permanent Founding badge, priority placement, and 6 months of the Creator plan free once paid plans start. The free months start when paid plans start, not on the day you join. In exchange, Founding creators post about ClikCollab on each platform they use within 14 days of becoming Founding, labelled as advertising as described under Disclosing ads and collaborations below (for example #ad). We email a reminder if we haven't received the links, and we may remove Founding status if the posting commitment isn't met. We email you 30 days before your free months end; the Creator plan only continues if you choose it, and no payment is asked for before then.
Disclosing ads and collaborations (creators)
If you post content for a brand you met through ClikCollab, or about ClikCollab itself, and there is any material connection (payment, free products or services, barter, discounts, a Founding spot or any other benefit), you must disclose it clearly, as required by the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) Guidelines for Influencer Advertising in Digital Media and the Government of India's endorsement guidelines for social media influencers. In particular:
- Use a clear label such as #ad, #collab, #sponsored, #partnership or #gifted, or the platform's paid-partnership tool, in a language your audience understands.
- Put the label upfront, where people see it without clicking "more", and not hidden among other hashtags or links.
- For videos and Reels, put the label in the video itself, so it is visible for long enough to read; for live streams, show it throughout.
- Only endorse products or services you have actually used or experienced, and don't make claims you can't back up.
- If you give health, nutrition, financial or other specialist advice in sponsored content, you must hold the qualifications or registrations the law or ASCI requires and say so.
Brands must not ask creators to hide or weaken a disclosure. Brands are responsible for the claims they ask creators to make about their products.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us a non-exclusive licence to show it on ClikCollab and to promote your profile (for example in search results, on our website and, if you tick Feature me, on our social media). You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including the right to show the people in it.
What you must not post
You must not post, upload, share or send anything on ClikCollab that:
- belongs to someone else and you don't have the right to use;
- is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic or sexually explicit, or invades someone's privacy, including bodily privacy;
- insults or harasses anyone on the basis of gender, is racially or ethnically objectionable, or promotes hatred or violence between groups;
- relates to or encourages money laundering, gambling or illegal online games, or advertises them;
- is harmful to children;
- infringes a patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
- deceives or misleads people about where a message comes from, or knowingly shares false or misleading information, including content that is patently false and posted to mislead or harass a person or entity for financial gain;
- impersonates another person, brand or ClikCollab, including fake reviews and fake follower counts;
- threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with other countries or public order, incites an offence, or prevents the investigation of an offence;
- contains viruses or other code designed to interrupt, damage or limit any computer resource;
- breaks any law in force in India.
We may remove such content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, including repeat offenders. We act on orders from a court or an authorised government agency within the time the law requires.
Reporting content and complaints (Grievance Officer)
To report content or a user, use the Report button on the profile or email our Grievance Officer. Our Grievance Officer under the IT Act 2000, the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 is:
- Name: [Grievance Officer name], [Designation]
- Email: [grievance email]
- Address: [Address in India]
We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days. If a complaint is about content that shows you, or someone you represent, in a sexual act, nude or partly nude, or in an artificially changed image of that kind, we act to remove or disable access to it within 24 hours.
Advertising on ClikCollab
Paid ads aren't available during the free launch. If we offer them later, every ad will be labelled Sponsored and reviewed against our ad policy before it runs, the full price will be shown before you pay, and advertisers will be responsible for their ad's claims and for having the rights to its content.
Matching
Match scores are recommendations based on the information available. They are not guarantees of results.
Suspending or closing accounts
You can delete your account at any time in Dashboard → Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or puts other users at risk. We'll tell you by email, and you can contact the Grievance Officer if you think we made a mistake.
Our responsibility
We work to keep ClikCollab available, accurate and safe, but we can't promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We aren't responsible for what brands and creators agree between themselves, or for content users post, except where the law makes us responsible. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that can't be limited by contract.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at [City], India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about these terms or ClikCollab.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as ClikCollab grows, for example when paid plans start or the law changes. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page. For changes that matter, such as prices, fees or what your plan includes, we'll email you and post a notice on the site at least 30 days before they take effect. Changes never apply retroactively, and a price change never affects a period you've already paid for. If you don't agree with a change, you can stop using ClikCollab or delete your account before it takes effect. Small fixes, such as typos or clearer wording, may apply right away.
